Shipping Costs

We have one fixed price for shipping within New Zealand, up to 5 items:

• $15.00 Courier
• We are NOT able to send to PO Boxes
• Plus Rural delivery fee $4.00 (If applicable)
• Deliveries are conducted Monday – Friday only (excludes public holidays).

All orders are processed during business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for NZ urban delivery and 7-10 days for rural delivery. Items are sent via Aramex. 

Track and Trace

We will email you confirmation of shipping including the courier tracking number. All items can be tracked at any stage after you have received this confirmation email. This email will contain your track and trace number which can be tracked via the Aramex website https://www.aramex.co.nz/tools/track/

International Shipping starts at $35.00. Please expect 7-10 days for delivery. This is sent via NZ Post and is not tracked. If you would like the parcel tracked there will be an extra cost - please email us at [email protected] to receive a courier quote which will be dependant on your country of destination.
